Mausam Mathur is a founding partner and President of Blue Horizons Group. He has over 20 years of experience in business and technology consulting, with a focus on Sales Performance Management. He has developed a deep understanding of the business implications of automation and the importance of holistic solution design, as a business is greater than the sum of its parts. Prior to founding BHG, Mausam was a business architect for a Fortune 100 company and the Chief People Officer for an international start up, growing the company by more than doubling its personnel and adding multiple international jurisdictions for operations. He has led and implemented many enterprise change initiatives in sales, territory and quota, and incentive compensation using various software platforms.
Mausam is an experimental fusion chef, combining his love of science with food experiences. He is an avid cricket fan, and in his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and listening to music.
Brad Burnaman is Vice President of Sales for Blue Horizons Group. He has over 20 years of experience in the Sales Performance Management space, from delivery to project management to marketing to both software and services sales in several start up and industry-leading software solution and services companies, allowing for a comprehensive understanding of the business.
In his free time, Brad is an enthusiastic golfer and supporter of Texas A&M University football, balancing time spent between the two with family and friends.
Michele Burnaman is the Vice President of Operations at Blue Horizons Group. Michele brings deep expertise in organizational operations from her 20 years of experience. Prior to joining Blue Horizons Group, Michele worked in the office of the CFO at Igloo, successfully navigating the complexities of multiple transitions of ownership and corporate acquisitions. She has a strong background in business strategy and understands the nuances that can lead to either the success or failure of a business.
Michele is a music lover with an ever-growing collection of vinyl albums. A naturalist with the soul of a biologist, she loves hiking and being outdoors, especially when there is a chance to see furry creatures in their native habitats.
Shane Babin is a founding partner and Vice President of Technology for Blue Horizons Group. Shane holds a master’s in mechanical engineering and has 20 years of experience as a Technical Architect and SPM Domain Expert. During this time, he applied his problem-solving skills in Insurance, Healthcare, Telecommunication and Commercial Services verticals to solve business problems in channel management and agent administration systems using a variety of solution stacks prevalent in the SPM space. In addition, he has assumed the role of lead developer and project manager on development efforts under contracts with major industrial and governmental organizations.
Shane is a classic rock music enthusiast, employing his technical mindset to mastering guitar. A food aficionado who enjoys visiting and spending time with friends and family in his hometown of New Orleans.
